The craftsman worked hard to complete my project. I was entitled to live video monitoring throughout the printing. Since there were two bad prints, the craftsman offered to keep the two half-helmets for free by only paying the shipping costs!

We were in constant back and forth conversation to ensure the product came out just right and they put in extra work to have it turn out to my liking!
